Why This Matters to Me
I did not create this guide because the internet needed another real estate website.
I created it because first-time buyers are often expected to make complicated decisions before anyone has clearly explained the process.
Financing, contracts, inspections, appraisals, negotiations, closing costs, and deadlines can feel like separate pieces. This guide brings them together into one practical journey.
My goal is not simply to help someone buy a house. It is to help them understand what they are doing, why it matters, and how to protect themselves along the way.
